Nóra Fritsch
Nóra was born in Hungary, where she completed her legal studies and began her career practicing law in Budapest. Over a decade ago, work brought her to Berlin, and the city quickly became home. Living in Berlin for more than ten years—and now raising her two young children here—she has developed deep roots in the city's international and local community.
Living abroad sharpened Nóra’s focus on the political and democratic challenges back home. After moving to Berlin, she stepped actively into political engagement, joining a Hungarian diaspora civil society organization dedicated to defending democratic institutions, minority rights, and the rule of law. Through this work, she helped organize numerous demonstrations and community events, including actively supporting and co-organizing participation in the major June 2025 Budapest Pride March.
Professionally, Nóra focuses on immigration law, giving her daily, firsthand insight into the maze of German bureaucracy and the administrative hurdles that international residents face. She knows that navigating public offices, language barriers, and residency procedures is often unnecessarily difficult, especially for families and new arrivals.
As a migrant, legal professional, and mother, Nóra wants to ensure that international residents are not treated as passive observers in the city they build every day. With Ausländer* rein, she is running to bring real migrant representation to local government, tear down bureaucratic barriers, and fight for equal democratic participation across our neighborhoods.
